Hello. I am 13 and I love ultimate frisbee.
I was shown the basics of how to play at school, in seventh grade, in gym class. I was one of the best in my class and was a team captain. I can throw a very good backhand, and an okay forehand, with both left and right hands. (although I am not ambidexterous) I am looking for a ultimate frisbee team that will accept me. ![]()

Fall league registration is open until the 24th. If your throws are already that good, it sounds like you'd fit in fine.
We have no age limits, though anyone under 18 needs the permission of their parent/guardian to play.
Be aware that ultimate can be dangerous due to collisions, which is made worse by being smaller than most of the others on the field. It's a non-contact sport by design, but there are accidents from time to time.
On the plus side, small people can turn faster due to lower momentum, so you'll probably have an easy time getting open once you learn to take advantage of that with your cuts. :-)
